Follow me crash

 That's my son's. He was letting me race it for the DH, till I bent a pedal axle pretty good. I went back to the Capra for the race. The smaller bike and my bumps and bruises had me about a minute of my Kamikaze PR (on the Tues).
I should be healed up for this year's Kami games. I took a spill at Teds two weeks ago prepping for Nats and wasn't really up to form - I think that helped with my bad line choice in practice. It all adds up!
The dude I raced against in my group (45-49 Cat2/3), is a good friend of Aaron Gwin, and was racing Aaron's practice bike! So at the finish I got to chat with Aaron. He's a totally chill, class act. The dude I raced was also pretty cool. Made some friends this week.
