 thanks my dude. Anyways I shoot in 1440p 48fps w/ hero 4 silver, flat, lowest, iso, -1.5 or -2 exposure, sharpness low. I use GoPro studio (cuz I'm broke ay) and expand the footage to 16:9 and I have my own preset that I use, and export at a pretty high bitrate

 @benmcbike: ah I see... I can only shoot 720p 60fps or 1080p 30fps on my ba$ic gopro. How do you adjust iso and exposure on a gopro? Nothing in the settings of mine to adjust other than p and frame rate. My computer always corrupts the exported file when I try a high bit rate export... so many probs

 @schuster19: my GoPro has a touchscreen so it's pretty easy to change idk about other gopros tho.
