Skeptical By The Coastal Crew

 It's showing us that e-bikes are very capable of going downhill.

 The capability of climbing is insinuated (but not shown for 3+minutes straight) by showing them exit the trails and turn right back up an access road without hesitation.

Big props for how well this video is executed.. AKA they're just the Crew shredding getting airtime and throwing down around like a normal Enduro. Other than being slightly curious about the quiet humming noise during the climb at the beginning of the video, I didn't even realize they were on ebikes (was distracted by the stylish riding and assumed Enduros) until the text at the end leading into "Levo".

If you've ridden one or even multiple modern "eMTB" bikes.. they are more or less atrocious across the board for downhill handling.. a lot of it comes down to the geometry chosen (angles and rear center) and components (tires) spec'd.. but quite a few frames have downright whacky suspension kinematics too. The Levo is quite good, so it's no surprise these guys shred naturally on it.

 I think you fail to understand how e-bikes work. They are not dirt bikes. They do not have a throttle. They are pedal-assist, meaning they have a few different power levels and put in extra on top of what you are putting in through pedalling, usually 25% 50%, 75% and 100% extra. The nature of these bikes is the motor only helps when you are on the pedals, hence "pedal-assist". I am by no stretch a supporter of e-bikes, but you can't knock the way they are advertising the bikes if you don't actually know what they're advertising.
