Loved the editing...phenominal riding...but I have to ask, whats with bmx riders not wearing helmets?? Never see them wearing lids?? It's the only discipline of riding that I can see that the majority doesn't cover up, yet their turf is almost always over pavement pulling some of the craziest stuff out there. Not bashing, just honestly curious.
I agree. What is with them not wearing helmets during everyday riding??? Pros wear them in every competition, but you never see them wearing them for photos or videos. Why is this?
Liability issues with the comps. To enter and compete you need to have the minimum saftey gear required.
and its nicer to ride without the helmet TBH. And the bails arent usually too bad when street riding. theres the odd one that hurts but its more likely to be a broken bone.
I used to ride without a helmet and when i did bail i usually landed on my feet running. As long as you can ditch and know how to fall your pretty safe aside from that freak accident. But for the most part you dont bail that hard.
