This is a video of a friend who is blind. He became blind a few years ago due to diabetes. He had over 22 eye surgeries in 2 years. He had to relearn everything from track stands to pedal kicks. He wants this video to motivate someone that may be in a similar situation. To show them of what they can do. Please let him know what you think.

suicidedownhiller, dont be so ignorant. This video can be an inspiration to anyone with a handicap that was forced off their bike.

I have nothing but respect for this guy. I cant imagine riding a bike being almost completely blind, let alone riding trials.

My guess is re-developing what is known as "muscle memory". He did say that before hand he has to survey the area ahead of time with his hands and I have to assume that he probably doesn't nail it the first time every time.

I have enough problems riding my bike in complete darkness. Smile

hy my friend, I reaaly, really enjoy your video,
and i like even more in my situation... i have an accident about 5 mounths ago, after 3 cirurgies, i lost my right eye... i made downhill about 2 years, and now i still strong enought to keep going, even whit just one eye, belive my friend, your video help-me even more, shows the strenght that whe have wen we love our sport...
