Its a medical fact that guys like this cop act this way because they were bullied at a young age by peers and parents. That why this guy is a dbag. Kids about the age of these skater bullied him and he tries to get back at them. Its way out of line and illegal. The kid didn't use ANY foul language, offensive gestures, or loud voices against this cop. There is no reason for him to act like that to kids.
