it's testament to how well made a track is if you can freewheel down it. Chainless riding improves your speed through rough sections and corners amazingly!

yea I was just going to say it must really improve your skills, as you can't brake to much because of speed loss!
it's actually good training, but having to mount/unmount it all the time must be annoying.

New bikes with "chain-on/off"-buttons soon on market?
