Me landing a 540 for the first time, on a Karpiel too! If you've seen the jump in person, you would know this is a 540, if you feel like whining, don't post. Thank you! The true ammount of spining I did, which we figured out on my last trip to utah as about 500 degrees. The angle of the camera, jump and landing makes it look weird.

more like a 450 but still smooth
Obviously him because he has obviously 540ed and 450ed a downhill rig enough to obviously be an expert at this...obviously. Jk man, props for getting a big bike spinning like that.

dude, if you want to try something but don't have a proper jump....build it!!! and as far as having the cajones...if you get the proper protective equipment there's alot less chance of getting hurt, therefore you don't need huge cajones.
yea that comment is pretty old..my friend and i are currently building a drop at the trails right now..
Why are you raggin on him bobby? Can you do shit like this on a full on DH bike? The only time i've ever seen a DH bike spun like this was Chris Kovarik's 360 over the 15 foot table...
is it true that when you are doing 540s and 360s the bigger you go the more likely you will land clean?
If you know what you are doing yes, to an extent. It is easier to stop the rotation if you go bigger, but I recomend learning the technique first, cause its really hard to learn, once you get the spinning part down, try it on a bigger jump, without a gap.
But yes, it is true, to an extent

Who cares 540, 360, 450. The kid is 14 and I promise none of us were doing that on a 40 pound rig @ 14. Props to the young one!!! Keep up the good work!
yeh good job man! i broke my wrist trying a 360 on my demo 9 in the summer. big bikes just dont spin like a bmx LOL!.a big jump like that helps alot too!
