I think steves point about bmx is wrong as bmx's where first used to race on tracks hence bicycle moto cross. They have evolved for park, street and dirt so why cant mtb do the same.

I would separate DJ, STREET, and PARK, and put them in a different category than a mountain bike. Don't get me wrong I'm not dumb though, I know there are freeride hardtails and shit so some hardtails can do crazy big stunts/drops.

No. You didn't read my post correct at all. That is exactly opposite of the point I was trying to make. Just because something it is ridden somewhere doesn't classify it as used for that terrain, it depends how the bike was and is built. So.... parts, travel, how many brakes, what size wheel, what width of wheel, the geometery. These all come into play when determining what type of bike you are riding.

BMX tricks done on MTB are more incredible. Especially on 26". Alexander is better than a bmxer cause he do the same things like a bmxer on bigger bike. It's simply harder and better.

If bigger wheels is cooler and harder then why isnt he riding a 29er? Why not give him a road bike? Perhaps a tricycle would be cooler too as it has the extra wheel.
Seriously, the only reason you would ever ride an MTB in a skatepark is cos you don't own a BMX and cannot afford one.
Mountainbikes have big wheels to enable them to go over bumps and uneven ground to use them in a skatepark.

i know what i'm saying Its my personal choose between bmx and mtb. Bmxs are more rapid and quick. i like when i feel a BIKE under my balls. if you have a close see to bmx and mtb you'll see the same bikes but MTB is bigger bmx. new frames for mtb are with bmx geometry but for bigger wheels. its a new fashion boy. just accept it

okay, why the f*ck does it matter so much if people ride mtb in the park, exactly like someone said before bmx ers ride dirt. What if someone who rides mtb put a rigid fork on there bike because as i remeber someone posted bmx is aloud to be on park because of the size and cause of the rigid fork, I dont get what the big deal is. All I have to say about the title is Brandon Semenuk Is a gods gift to MTB's and while good this guys got a long way to go to achieve that status
All biking should be about is having a good time out riding. No one gives a shit about what you ride or where you ride it. I wouldin't care if a some guy goes to the park on a 12 speed, its his bike and he should de what he wants with it.

"Mountain Biking" is a term that has been derrogated, from the evolution of the sport, to a point where in a lot of cases it doesn't carry the original connotations of the term.
You don't need a skateboard to ride in a skate park, nor do you NEED a BMX. There's nothing wrong with taking your hardtail to a park, lots of people do it.
Huge downhill rigs aren't built for doing street, but sometimes people haul there huge heavy bike into the city just to do huge shit you couldn't do on a hardtail, 20ft drops onto stairsets and whatnot.
Who gives a hell if you're riding the wrong bike at the wrong place or whatever ... if you're having fun and not getting in people's way then who cares!
