this is the start of the long llandegla race i felt a little out of palce on my trail bike whilst they were all there on their carbon xc bikes and licra it would be my last cross country race thank god

They're not so bad when you're fit, as you can properly smash XC mincers to bits on descents.

Tip - put your saddle up to a decent height though.

dude xc is freakin sweet those guys rip.
P.S. spandex while riding xc is a bagillion times more comfy than baggy shorts, and faster too.
