yea he really does and i unturndown into my front foot and just put my cranks flat so i dont need to take a foot off it works just as well

yes indeed... unturndowns aren't invert tabletops, which unfortunately are shown in this how to do video, but still a solid how to do vid Wink

i agree but its not an invert though inverts are normall tables past flat. so its called a vert table cus the bikes vertical. it just makes sense
