it depends what are you jumping - on freeride jumps and gaps it could be better to gain too much speed, but on dirt jumps it sucks more when you got too much speed...i know that just because of my own experience.. i gained too much speed in my first jump on our new jumped and i nose dived an flat between 2 jumps and hit my head very hard...

This dude obviously did not pay for that bike. Although he has balls to try that drop, he should atleast know its always better to over shoot than to be short. Ouch for the A-line park.

That was a huge crash, and it looked like he nose cased the road, OUCH! It's also the fastest way to convert your fork into a Lefty !
