the audio coming out of the d90 kinda sucks so I did not include anybody talking or life style stuff that would need sound to go with it, I dont really know what you mean by soul less. plz tell me so I can make it better; I would like to know what you are talking about. do you mean that you dont feel like you connect with any of the riders it just feels like a bunch of shots. ??

lol; ok it is pretty hard and time consuming. but you have to own final cut studio pro 2 and motion 3 will come with it it is for mac only, then you import you project that you want slowed down or the clip you want slowed down then when the cli[p is imported into motion them click on it and you will see a tab come up called inspector, it will be on your other monitor if you have one. then go into the time option and click optical flow, it will process the clip and after processing you slow it down to 1.45 % of the original timing and export that. that will be your raw slow mo file then re import it back into final cut pro timeline and try and cut it so the slow mo file ends up being the same position as the original section that you cut out to make slow mo. Some time depending on the clip that I want to slow mo I will use after effects as well; it is called optical flow retiming in motion 3 and; Pixel Motion in after effects the new cs4 works well at this job. it just take a long time to do it all because of all the rendering and what not. big life waster. lol kinda like facebook/ but it is cool in the end. it took me 3 days to make that whole clip. and 2 of those days where rendering out the slow mo files. I have a ton more files that I rendered but I dont want to show you them al right away. only a teaser as to what is to come.

it does skip because I filmed this in 24 frames a second there will be better slow mo when I film at 120 frames a second; next week; with wire less mic; the more frames a second will make a big difference. and I will be able to make it look even better. but my fav shot would have to be the zoom out of the no foot can to slow mo; that is an amazing shot and I cant believe it worked out so well. I was blown away when it rendered and I was impressed, I am trying to make the slow mo look better. but it is hard; for the lighting becomes an issue when you film at a super high frame rate

LOL; I am glad you are so happy I will keep on creating for you viewing pleasure; I should really get a job I am running out of money and this is all I do now; it takes up so much of my life. I cant believe it some ppl have jobs that are 8 hours then they go home and dont have to think about work, I got home and have a nice computer temping my every creative thought. and since I dont have tv or a phone; I spend a lot of non riding hours in-front of this think busting out in after effects or trying to learn 3d it is so hard I cant believe there is so much to 3d and I cant wait to learn it all. the next crazy stuff you will see out of me will be the 3d fly thought of the spot with rider freeze frames and swinging from one camera to the next in the 3d world, I am just modeling the spot and riders right now but I cant rig the bones right in the riders. it is very hard to make the riders look smooth with high detail. in 3d, lol so much. to learn so little time. I need tim hortons and it is like 2:50 am right now; bahhh guess it is another all nighter. waiting for my morning sausage and egg mc muffins and timmies. oww ya you probably dont know what tim hortons is I mean a coffee shop. what do you do for work; do you have a job filming or takin pics. ??

I had a hunch on the Tim Hortons, here it would be Dutch Brothers. Coffee is awesome. As to a job related to this stuff, I wish, it is just a hobby. My day job is modeling children playgrounds in AutoCad, go figure, it is kinda new to me, but I have been in graphic art related fields for 12 years now.

sorry man ; this was just a first video of the year and I feel it was shot very poor; compared to what you see when I can get some real equipment up there. I am working on getting some better stuff up there. I will be using a hpx 170 for my slow mo in the future, and I will have a tripod and wireless mics, so there will be a lot cleaner stuff coming soon. the high def file of this video is 6.5 gigs big and the file i uploaded was only 356 mb; I had to compress os much cus my internet sucks so much. I will be not compressing so much so you will see the video for what is should really look like. in the real hd version it is clean as shit and you would be blown away I am sure. the d90 does not film with such a look, a lot of the blurriness is because of a magic bullets filter I used the swing tilt; function to simulate the shift tilt lens look. I almost feel bad that you have to watch this copy of the video. I cant wait till pinkbike switches to hd. plz pinkbike. I would love that;
