Some of kelowna's riders warming up for this season at the spot. This is just the first footage I shot this year of biking and I did not have a tri pod. It was all hand held with the Nikon d90 The graphics I made in after effects and the coloring was done by me in final cut pro, color, the slow mo was done in shake and motion. Setting it to optical floe then slow dow to 1% then speed up 300%
