there's a difference between trying to get better and making retarded decisions. F*cking yourself up isn't a medal of honor, it shows you weren't big/good/prepared enough. Crashes happen for sure, but being prepared for them will keep you riding more years.

i hit my arm on lots of rocks and i got 50 somethin stitches in my arm. i get the stitches out monday and it doesnt hurt as much now.

I've watched a few times and it looks like you 1) didn't have enough speed, and 2) you knew you were off line heading for the brush and didn't have enough speed. The dude at the camera even says, 'No way' before you even hit the drop because possibly he can tell you didn't have it.

What was going through your head before and during your jump?
