excellent vid. Very inspirational. It shows how much dedication, and seriousness it takes to get to the top. You can't just goof off and pin it to win it and expect to come first. It takes concentration, stamina, and the will to train hard and push harder and harder until you get to where you want to be........THAT is "nough said".

I like the way steve peat says at the end "Once u'v got thoose rainbow stripes, you wear them for the rest of your life" Hes about the only realy fast guy without them.

correect me if i am wrong, but i think it is steve who speaks at the end.
