shouldn't be vod. nothing crazy really happened.
Yeah, I suppose you see chickens riding DH every day. Not like it's funny or anything.

Im not stoked on this VOD. I dont find a guy riding a bike in a chicken costume humourous either tbh. Not too impressed with this one at all.
I'm usually the biggest hater commenting on VOD's, for anyone who didn't think this was great, your an embarisment to the sport, forget the chicken, this vid promotes actual trailbuilders so take a minute to look past the chicken and understand that these guy's are fighting for freeride trails for the people on land that belongs to the people, for the rest of the people who cant see that, your probably the same people that leave positive comments on commercial advertisments for VOD....and for those same people, I hope your local government gives up your bicycle access on your land to commercial logging, mining, housing, and general exploitation of your land by corperate America at little to no benifit to the local riders or the voting population that the land rightfully belongs to. If you cant see between the lines and see what its actually about than your already dead. LIVE FREE OR DIE, these guy's are pioneers as well as hero's, they will make this sport better and more accessible to everyone, not shimano commercials trying to get your money......take that cash and buy a pick and spade and give something back to yourself and the community, better yet, buy some stamps and start writing letters to your state representitve's.....it'l do more for your riding than your shiney new XT components ever possibly could.....I could go on forever but you'l either get it or you wont....end rant I need to go build some trails and make this sport better for all of us
Meh i thought the Chicken thing was funny but i was expecting Peter Griffin to run in an punch him at the end. Guess Freedom Riders dont watch family guy.

Are you honestly saying that the pinkbike community has a sense of humour so easily stimulated that they find a guy in a chicken suit amusing? The riding is mediocre too imo.
Ah I see, this is down to having an oppion again - I forgot, your not allowed to have an oppinion on pinkbike, and therefore must render the comments feature obsolite.

I've seen Santa riding, but never a chicken.
And props for the point in the end. "It's not a crime." Couldn't agree more. *thumbs*

I just saw the premier for this in Jackson. The video was a cool story but the riding and filming was just ok. The Teton pass trails are Suuupppper sicky this year though, those guys doing a lot of good work.
no, look at the elongated neck, the spastic movements of the head, the black rimmed glasses... all proof that this is a 100% organic chicken!
nice looking trails, kind of a dumb idea with the chicken suit. distracted from the riding, seemed unprofessional.

Wanted to throw something out there that was unique. Realize that most people want to see 150 foot gaps, Insert one of a dozen riders who can> throw back flip tail whips, and roll out 5 minutes of the shwoopah equipment Insert Raceface, Shimano, ETC> walking around in southern Utah.
The reason our trails are so sick is that they aren't built out with dimensional lumber or imitate. They incorporate natural lines and materials from our area and are built to flow. Can't wait to see you all on Lithium which should be open this weekend. If you posted something negative here and end up stopping on Lithium well then you can always go home to your backyard gap jumps and work on your back flip tail whips!

Great video man. Its just rediculous how Marin was the birthplace of mountainbiking, and now all the huge fines are getting thrown at people.

Do you even realize what this video is about? Who cares about the stupid chicken suit, the guys had to pay 36k for building a 4 mile long trail...
well what a great guy, its good that guys like him will do that for the biking community but i think the chicken suit was a little unnessesary

lame vod. if there was a super gnarly pinner in a chicken suit, that woiuld be awesome. instead theres a guy in a chicken suit that cant ride that well. LAME
Sweet VOD; but they're not the only ones who have built a relationship with the USFS, and built legal freeride trails on public land. This is happening all over the U.S.
We aren't the only ones that have built a relationship with the USFS...True, so true.
The Bridger-Teton national forest is the first in the US that have approved and support downhill specific trails. That means you go down as fast as you want because hikers, horses and uphill traffic are not allowed. It is a Downhill specific trails system which benefits all trails because when you have a DH trail where you can build anything why would you want to ride anything else...
It's really great. Hope you come and check it out soon!

I completely agree with the cause and they are very very nice trails but the part with the chicken was preety boring
