Actually that would be his brother Tim. He just rode them when Tim wasn't around and got pretty damn good at it. They live in the middle of nowhere, there isn't much else to do.

we got a whack load of wheel chairs from this abilities council i live by, and used to have balancing contests all the time, and races, one time i held onto the back of a car and the bearings locked up and i went flying pretty good, i guess my main point is, if you don't need a wheel chair they are always a good time. Beer
