alright any tips on bspins without pinching because i can do pretty big barspins with my seat raised a bit but when i slam it again i cant do shit any tips?

just bend your knees in a bit and throw fast thats all i do, i dont really know what else i could tell you but practice if you can already do them with a high seat.
