It's meant to be bent as the axle slots inline with the fork.

The forks are fine they are directors. Seach for them they are suppose to be bent but they feel the same as normal forks :L

they aren't bent they just dont have an offset drop out so the fork is on an angle so it isnt straight down bezza-bmx is just a noob
