haha yeah theres an excuse nada to be ashamed of. you obviously got tangled on some roots. my fear on trails is the soaking wet slippery roots.

yea and you are also lucky you didn't end up with a hemroid. rolls of quarters lodged in orifices can cause serious discomfort.. apply ice and preparation H
