yo back flips are tough I want to get them next year so bad I need to go to whistler. back flip are not a simple first trick they fall into the middle of your bike learning they tend to come to you after no foot cans and threes or other medium level tricks the back flip is the first ranked hard trick and the basic tweek table would be easy level

for back flips you have to put your weight all behind you. you want your dominant foot on you crank tilted slightly up so your feet are on like a 20 degree angle than you launch your self staying focused you try to wait for the take of jump to be visible once you see that your completely upside down (obviously). so now what you want do is pull in on your bar and put lots of force on your pedals to keep them locked in place. don't pull it in to much though it end up with nasty falls just enough so that your stretched out and ready for landing. if you do this properly you usually catch your landing and land the flip except it isn't that simple because sometimes the landing throws you of balance resulting in flipping your handle bars or just toppling sideways. good luck getting them. IF YOU HAD THE TIME TO READ THIS ITS WHAT IVE LEARN ABOUT FLIPPING p.s. back bike helps too if you know what that is
