Ive torn ligaments in my knee, broken my wrist (still made 5 runs after thinking it was just a little sore and realized I couldn't grip the bar and called it a day), almost ruptured my kidney, but the best was when I detached a rib and f-ed my shoulder to all hell and ended up spending the night in the hospital. I never once cried like that little girl!!!
