It's closer to $1900 and it doesn't take a rich b*tch to come up with that kind of money. If you can't dig up a spare $2000 or have it laying around with a 1/2 years notice then you're pretty hurting financially. This goes for people out on their own, not people relying on mom and pops, that's different.
