This is my Avid Juicy 3.
It's a few years old so it needs bleeding. Also it has a crack in the lever from a fall.
However it still works - just needs some looking after.
It comes with the lever, (front) cable, caliper with pads and the disc.
And also an adapter for the brake to fit most forks
