Coil only used a dozen times, light trail use only.
This srping was taken out of a 2009/2010 Rock shox pike 351 with u-turn.
This spring is rated Med. I don't know how else to discribe the weight of this spring other then that the fork is a 140mm fork, I'm 170lbs. and I haven't used more then half of the full travel of the fork with this spring in it.
