2011 Specialized Enduro for sale:

This bike has been great, but I think I want a little more XC orientated rather than the AM destruction machine that this thing is.

Details:
Medium Frame: rear shock has had air can service in May, new bearings at the beginning of the year (Enduro MAX at most points), new Cane Creek headset bearings in July, also comes with NSB derailleur hanger installed and stock as a spare.
Fox 36 RC2 Fork: Purchased new in September, Kashima coating on the stanchions, 2 speed compression damping, 180mm travel while keeping the same axle-crown measurement as the stock 160mm Lyrik.
Wheelset: Hope Pro 2 hubs front and rear, front DT-Swiss EX500 rim (set up tubeless), rear Mavic EN-521 rim (with a tube, but also works tubeless), DT Swiss spokes, alloy nipples, will include spare valve stem for rear wheel. Rear hub can be QR as it is set up now and will also include a set of bolts and hub adapters to run them in case you prefer that.
Drivetrain: Converted to 10 speed - SRAM X-9 shifters, derailleur, 10 speed cassette and a Shimano XT chain. Front rings are 36/24t, and the cranks are a stock SRAM unit with a stock 2-ring guide, cables and casing replaced in September. Pedals not included.
Brakes: Shimano XT, 8" rotor front, 6" rear, recent pads and bleed (July)
Other notes: Easton Havoc bar and stem, fresh ODI grips installed, replacement drivetrain has les than 100 km on it.

I can include more tires, depending on what you want or need. I have a Hillbilly/Storm combo that works great in the mud, an S-Works Eskar combo that is excellent if you need to do some climbing (and works great tubeless), or a Butcher/Purgatory set that is a lot like what the bike came with in the first place that hauls ass pretty much anywhere. I still also have the factory front wheel, which works well as a spare or to make seasonal tire changes faster.

PM if interested. No trades. I prefer not to ship, but will if necessary.
