They aren't new, they're used, the rear was ridden handily by yours truly and therefore isn't perfectly straight anymore. there's one noticeable flat spot. that's all. the front rim should true up fine.
black, destickered, 32 hole rim. i took a screwdriver to widen up the valve holes to accept shraeder tubes. the rim is so tough and wide it wouldn't make a difference strength-wise anyway!
these aren't junk, i was greedy at the time so i took apart a perfectly fine set of rims to upgrade. so in short, 5 dollars is quite a steal.
