Hi,
This is a brand new frame, never been built.
It is a warranty replacement frame which was never built as the rest of the bike was just about worn out so it wasn't economical to rebuild and a 650 was bought instead.
Perfect for someone wanting to upgrade their bike to a carbon frame on the cheap or for someone with a crashed or damaged reaction.
