2001 KHS Team ST frame – size Medium Soft-tail, used 26er

KHS Team ST frame – size Medium Soft-tail, used 26er. $115 + 25 shipping.
This frame is in good used condition and the elastomer rear shock with 1" travel works well to absorb trail chatter and small bumps. No complicated linkage and shock to fail, or maintain -- some lube on the elastomer once or twice a season and your suspension maintenance is done.
Rim and V-brake only; though local frame builders can mount disc tabs and brace for $100 if you must have your discs. The shaped down-tube does add some nice stiffness to the frame.
It does have typical scuffs and small chips of a used mountain bike, ditto some nicks in the chainstay from chainsuck as shown. Soft-tail ride at a fraction of the price. A good tester to see if you really want to put down $3K for that Moots YBB frame... or for 1/30th the price maybe this nice, uncomplicated ride is just right :)
