70's Vintage Vainqueur Road Fixie Conversion

I would say this frame is early 70's. I haven't been able to find any info on the company so far, but, I've been doing this a long time and this frame is SWEET. Steel frame with sliding dropouts perfect for singlespeed and fixie conversions. I shaved everything from the bike. I re'used only the sweet vintage stuff like the sugino cranks and track bars. Build:
Original stem and bars- polished now
New shimano bottom bracket
Polished original Sugino crankset and installed new Origin8 44t chainring
White KMC chain
White Origin8 fixie wheels
Orange stolen thermolite pedals with metal pins
Michellin dynamic sport 23mm tires
No brakes but brake and cable bosses are on the frame
White Newbaums cloth bar tape
