Sram bar end shifter TT500 10speed

I have a set of BRAND NEW never used Sram TT500 bar end shifter designed for a 10 speed derailleur. I bought these with the intention of using the rear shift unit to mount as a mid frame shifter in my Ticket S. I decided the hassle wasn't worth it and I just went with a standard bar shifter. I believe the front shifter is 2/3 speed capable. I'm not sure though, you will have to research that. Brand new these were $130, when i put them in my parts box, i think something broke the plastic wrapper on the front of the box and put a little knick in the paint of the one shift lever. You can see in the picture, (second photo) it's hardly noticeable but it is there. otherwise these are in perfect condition, they come with the manuals and shift cable. I have no use for these, so I am open to offers.
