2007 Specialized Demo 8 size large

Here for sale is a Specialized Demo 8 Frame in size large, probably one of the best freeride/downhill frames you can buy, these cost well over £2000 new and can handle absolutely anything you can throw at them. Everything on it is super reinforced for maximum strength, even the headtube isn't just a tube of metal like it it on most bikes, it's reinforced with tons very thick aluminium and the upper link is made of solid forged aluminium - ultra strong. The bearings in the links are all very smooth and the frame is in suprisingly good condition, has no dents or dinks, couple of scratches which are merely cosmetic however. The bolt where the shock is on the main frame has apparently shed due to its age, but is running fine with threadlock and a locking nut. If this bothers you can always buy another one which shouldn't be more than a pound! The bottom bracket is 68/73, has ISCG (old) tabs, the headtube is 1 1/8 so will fit pretty much any triple crown fork. It comes with a FOX DHX 4.0 shock with propedal, and has an upgraded 550 x 2.75 Cane Creek Spring. If you wish I can include the old FOX 400 x 2.75 at no extra cost.The frame even has cable rub stickers on it too, comes with the original Specialized Seatclamp and while the frame has an IS Disc mount, it comes fitted with a post mount adaptor so you can use whichever. This frame is probably one of the best frames money can buy for Downhill, so grab a bargain!
