I'm selling my 2011 Trek Madone 3.1, with 56cm (Med) frame. It's in beautiful condition and benefits from an upgraded stem and handlebar. It's the H2 geometry, and being designed as an endurance model this thing is beautifully comfortable for a long slog. This is not being used enough and is currently tucked away under a cover. I need the space back so please make an offer.

Features:

Frame: 3 Series TCT carbon fibre – with the prestige that the Madone name brings.
Great condition generally with only some very minor cosmetic scratches on the top tube - pictured. This was damage sustained in transport, the bike has never been crashed.

Fork: Bontrager Race carbon fibre, SpeedTrap compatible.

Wheels: Bontrager alloy race rims in excellent condition, as a custom wheelset was used for much of the mileage on this bike. Braking surfaces have tonnes of life left. Schwalbe Lugano tyres fitted.

Bar: T3 Ergonova Pro alloy race bar and 3T ARX Team stem with 6 degree drop. A massive upgrade on the stock bar, this is one of the lightest, strongest alloy bars on the market. Over £100 spent on this upgrade, check prices/reviews for yourself. LizardSkin grip tape, Jagwire cable fittings.

Brakes: Shimano 105 STI levers and Tektro calipers. Pads in great condition.

Drivetrain: SRAM Apex crank 50/34
Shimano 105 derailleurs, chain and cassette (11-28). All in wonderful condition as shown. Chain passes a wear test no trouble.
Shimano R540 SPD-SL pedals in silver with the usual marks.

Saddle/post: Bontrager Affinity race saddle with steel rails, Bontrager carbon seatpost with 20mm offset, both in great nick.

Bike has been maintained to a high standard regardless of cost, and goes to the buyer ready to ride. All levers and derailleurs function perfectly and swiftly, and all necessary parts are regularly greased or oiled. If you have any questions please do ask, and I'm happy to post for cost or have it collected from Burnham on Sea in Somerset, near Junction 22 of the M5.
