I'm selling my 2013 Wilier La Triestina 105, with 56cm (Med-Lge) frame. It's in beautiful condition and has led a very sheltered life. It needs to go as I’m moving house and need the space, and it’s been under a bike cover with a dehumidifier for the last 3 months anyway. I bought it as an intro to road cycling, but it’s on the small side for me and I’ve built a singlespeed for commuting which is seeing more use. At a guess I’ve done around 500 miles on the bike, so you’ll be getting a bike with good and fresh components.
The bike benefits from an upgraded saddle (from a higher end Wilier) and an Ultegra cassette (wider ratio than stock cassette, will include the brand new stock cassette if wanted).
Frame: 7005 alloy, triple butted. Bladed carbon fork
Great condition generally with only some very minor cosmetic marks on the top tube and down tube - pictured. This was damage incurred in delivering the bike from the shop; the bike has never been crashed. The pictures should show that the rest of the beautiful matte paint job is in great condition. Size 56cm is a Wilier Large, though most agree that this is closer to a 'standard' medium.
Wheels: Shimano R500 clinchers shod with Schwalbe Luganos.
Drivetrain: FSA Compact 50/34
Shimano 105 derailleurs, chain and cassette (11-28), all in excellent condition as shown. Chain passes a wear test no trouble, shifts are buttery smooth. Spare cassette included (12-25).
Bar: FSA compact bar with 105 STI levers in perfect working order. Grip tape in good condition.
Brakes: Wilier custom brake callipers by FSA. Pads in great condition.
Saddle/post: 31.6 FSA carbon post, Wilier saddle with Cro-Mo rails.
Accessories: 2No. Elite bottle cages.
I can also include either black or silver Shimano R540 SPD pedals with the bike – both used.
Bike has been maintained to a high standard regardless of cost, and goes to the buyer ready to go, having had a thorough clean and lube last weekend. If you have any questions please do ask, and I'm happy to post for cost or have it collected from Burnham on Sea in Somerset, near Junction 22 of the M5. As I mentioned this does need to go so please, any offers.
Restrictions: Reasonable offers only, Will consider bike related trade, Will ship within country only
