2012 Cannondale Scalpel 2

I bought this sweet XC feather-light racer, and a few months later I destroyed my shoulder and haven't been able to ride on trails since. I fought long and hard the harsh truth, but this bike has got to go because I can pretty much only on the roads now - and even thinking of racing again is a pipe dream.

SRAM SRAM X9 rear (it came with the X0, but it was the last gen which didn't have the clutch, so I upgraded to the X9 new gen which comes with the roller bearing clutch)
Crank Bros Egg Beater 3 pedals
Continental RaceKing 2.4 RaceSport (rear) and Continental MountainKing RaceSport 2.4 (front) - yes, the 2.4s fit just right and ride awesome.
Specialized Phenom saddle

If you set-it up tubeless, this baby will scale only at 22 pounds! - lighter if you put on thinner tires.
