2009 PRICE DROP! Cove Shocker freeride /downhill bike

VERY reluctant sale! I built the bike from the frame up about a year ago when i got out to use it more but the bike gets used about once a month at most now so I'm going to sell up and get myself a cheap hardtail. Bike is in very good condition with only 1 or 2 light marks (so light I can almost guarantee you won't notice unless pointed out). The bike rides amazingly! controls incredible through the rough stuff but still corners like it's on rails on the flat terrain. I have used it for everything and performs great (although it is tougher to race up a hill than on a xc bike of course!). even though it's a heavy duty frame it feels surprisingly light and feels great in the air. Everything is in perfect working order, the only thing I can mention is the bottom bracket has only just started lightly creeking under pressure but this does not affect the performance at all and I can change it if required.

First to see will buy, one blast on it and you will be hooked. I have experimented with different components over time and have found that this setup is the best so far. I also have some spares I could throw in if the asking price is met.

frame: size medium Cove Shocker 2009/10 professionally powder coated in black about a year ago (great quality paint job). pivot bearings greased at same time. slik graphics decals.

forks: Rockshox Totems RC2 2012 180mm travel, with slow and fast speed compression and rebound settings, also full set of coils included (soft, medium, firm). long steerer tube.

rear shock: Fox DHX5.0, with rebound adjuster, adjustable tuning range and bottom out adjustments.

bars & stem: Brand new uncut Burgtec Ridewider 790mm wide bars with 30mm rise. + Funn 65mm stem.

drivetrain: E-thirteen LG1 chain guide and bash guard. + Gold Raceface 34t chainring + e13 gold torque bolts + Raceface cranks + saint bottom bracket. + SRAM x7 rear mech and shifter.

wheels: 26" Alex rims with superstar hubs, (just over a year old) 150x12 rear, 20mm front. + Maxxis High Roller tyres. New rear cassette fitted recently. also have a spare Sun rear wheel

brakes: Shimano SLX, both just been bled. recently replaced rear pads, + 180mm rear gold superstar floating rotor & 203mm front.

Seat & post: SDG Bel Air I-beam Seatpost and saddle.

pedals: FUNN soljam viper pedals- gold
