Crank arm is for a Shimano Ultegra 165mm
Yes you can use it with the new generation Sora and Tiagra, and 5700,5800,6700,6800,7900,9000 crank arms.
No it will not be compatible with other cranks and no I cannot sell the pod only. You cannot detach the pod.
The pod was installed by 4iiii themselves
For compatibility: it should fit most bikes. I have a direct mount bottom bracket rear caliper and it does fit. Please do a quick research if it will fit.
