The rails say "NiCro Tubular" which makes me think this is the Pro level version of the Volt from a few years ago. The saddle measures 135mm wide and 260mm long. It has been stored with other dirty bike parts so there are some scuffs on it, but I don't think it has ever been used on a bike.
