Man, I'm probably going to regret this, but I have a hankering for a Ti hardtail and need to maintain my "one in one out" philosophy.

This bike is fully custom and rad. It's a short-travel speed demon that absolutely destroys most trail systems here in Phoenix and pedals exceptionally well.

Frame: 2016 Banshee Phantom, flat black, size Large. It's only 105mm of travel, but it's quality travel with pretty aggro geometry. Perfect condition. Comes with spare der. hanger and flip chips to adjust the geometry. Purchased new by me in February of this year. Tapered HT, 142 rear spacing, threaded BB, adjustable geometry, takes a 120 to 140 fork. To be clear, despite what the travel number suggests, this is not a XC bike. For sizing reference, I'm 6'2, 175 pounds, 34.5 inseam. Depending on your fitment preference, maybe up to 6'3 and down to 5'10 or so.

Fork: Rockshox Pike with Avalanche open bath damper. This started life as a 160mm RC. Currently set up as a 130mm travel, which I've found suits this frame best. Unbelievable open bath fork internals, it's the best-performing single-crown fork I've ridden. Includes RC Charger damper and 160mm air shaft.

Shocks: Frame includes two shocks. Stock Cane Creek DBInline and Avalanche custom-tuned Fox RP2. Both shocks have complete hardware so you can swap back and forth in 20 seconds. The CC shock, which I don't normally like, works really well on this frame. And the Avy Fox? Man, pure butter. Just had a rebuild ($160) by Dirtlabs in Colorado and it is dialed.

Wheelset: Speed Dream-built Flow EX to Hope Pro2 Evo, 15mm front, 142x12 rear with XD driver.

Tires: Currently Maxxis DHRII front and Specialized Slaughter Grid rear, both tubeless. Have a couple other choices if you're picky.

Seating: WTB Vigo Race saddle (not the Silverado in photos) and a Fox Transfer 125mm dropper with internal routing.

Cockpit: Sweet, sweet Chromag BZA 60mm stem and Chroma BZA 800mm carbon lo-rise bars, 35mm clamp. ODI grips (or black Deity if you prefer).

Brakes: Sram Guide R with Centerline 180/180.

Drivetrain: 1x11 setup. Incredible Race Face Next SL carbon cranks, RF/BSA 30mm threaded BB, RF 30-tooth direct-mount ring. Sram GX 10-42 cassette, GX 11-speed derailleur and GX 11-speed shifter. KMC Ti Gold 11-speed chain. Shimano XT clipless or Canfield Bros. Crampon flats, your choice.

This is a unique and dialed build. I've climbed and descended everything from mellow stuff at Hawes to Geronimo and 24th Street on this bike. It is solid. Run the numbers and you'll see that $4k is a great price considering the parts spec. I will consider removing parts to reduce price. Please don't ask me to part it. Would consider full/partial trade for a 29+ hardtail setup, preferably in Ti size L or XL. Thanks for reading; message me with questions or to see the bike. Preference to local Phoenix buyers in cash. Will ship in the lower 48 on buyer's dime. Contact me to negotiate shipping/fees. I am willing to sell frame only if you prefer.
