brand new with tags Altura Etape bib tights men's medium. They fit like a North American large.
I would say if you are between 5'8" and 6' and in the 180 to 195 pound range (34 to 36" waist) these will be in the ballpark.
Use Altura's new sizing chart (via their website) for a better idea on fitting as it seems very accurate. Per their size chart in inches:
Medium / 40
Chest 39
Waist 34 5/8
Total height 180
These are a cool/cold weather tight.
