2016 Cane Creek DB Air CS - XV Air Can

Cane Creek Air Double Barrel with Climb Switch 216 x 63 (8.5 x 2.5) with Extra Volume Air Can. Taken off a 2016 Banshee Rune Frame. I also have the manuals and unused field tuning guide to go with the shock.

The shock is mechanically sound and working as it should, all dials, including climb switch, are on point and working well.

Shock is plush through it's travel and with the XV air can, makes it slightly more linear through it's travel. It also has 2 volume spacers included, these are full size so can be cut to suit making it a completely customisable shock.

There is a very small nick in the paint on the shaft however this is smooth so does not affect the seal or leak any air. When I found this, I checked the seals and air pressure religiously and it hasn't affected anything. I know some people are quite particular about this so the price has reflected it.

The other cosmetic damage is where the air can has hit the piggyback on compression, again pictured and left marks on both. From then, I ran the valve underneath the shock as to avoid it happening again. I have pictured these marks and as they are not on moving parts of the shock, they do not affect performance. A new air can is £30 from TF Tuned or CRC if you desperately wanted to replace it however.

A bargain for a 2016 Cane Creek shock! Great shock for the climbs but also, turn off climb switch and it becomes an unreal DH rear shock.
