*Update* 2/4/17
Since I work at a bike shop, I had the chance to swap out all bearings in the frame. Also, I trued both wheels and did a thorough clean of the drivetrain.
I can make this bike tube-less upon request, the buyer will have to pay for the valves, but labor will be free.

Original post:
Hey there, I am posting this ad with a heavy heart. Due to college, I must let go of this beauty of a bike. It hurts to let her go, but I hope she will find a good home where she will be taken care of. She was ridden for less than 75 miles, and is in fantastic condition.

Sadness aside, let me tell you about some of the specs of this bike.
Wheels: The 29mm internal width Roval rims are a godsend. In this price range, Specialized have made one hell of a product. They take any beating you throw at them, and roll smoother than a hot knife cuts through butter. They have impressive strength, and are reasonably lightweight. Specialized also does a great job with their hubs, and these are no exception. They haven't needed servicing yet, and rotate very cleanly. The front tire has a Butcher tire, which is Specialized's downhill tire. It has a huge amount of grip. The back tire is a Slaughter, and it has a very high roll speed but still has an impressively defined control.

Suspension: The RC Rock Shox Pike is an extremely plush fork, yet maintains stiffness. It has been recently serviced, with zero rides since then. An extremely capable 160mm fork to say the least. The 165mm Fox Float CTD in the back is not as bad as all the reviews say it is, if the correct amount of pressure is maintained then it is very progressive as well as responsive. The three way adjust is very helpful, and it is easily reachable. When throwing this bike into corners, the back end feels very in-control and stable. This constant reliability is one of my favorite parts of this bike. Regardless of what weather conditions you're in, it always handles the same.

Brakes: The Shimano Deore M506 Disc Brakes are another one of my favorite parts of this bike. They have never let me down, period. They have a lot of power for what they are, and from personal experience they even rival the high end Shimano XT's. I replaced the stock pads with some Shimano J04C Metal pads and they increased stopping power even more. There's a 200mm Shimano rotor up front and a 180mm in the rear, and they pair nicely with the brakes.

Drivetrain: The Sram GX 1x10 is a great gear set. It has the gear range to easily tackle any climb as well as bomb down any descent. It shifts very well and is as responsive as ever.

Extras: I threw in a Command 3-stage Dropper. This dropper post easily lets you adjust the post height to any of three stages with the flick of a finger.

I hope to sell this beauty before the end of the winter season. If you are interested or have any further questions, feel free to contact me via pinkbike or text me! I can ship to anywhere in the US, but shipping will cost the buyer. Local pick up is preferred, I can meet halfway depending on how far the distance traveled is.
I would like to find her a new home soon, so she was recently price dropped from $2450 to $1900.

Cheers
