This is the real deal, Specialized introduced the first World Cup ready DH bike as a frameset in the Fall of 1999 as a model year 2000. This is the exact S-work factory riders were riding. Names like Shaun Palmer and Kirt Voreis should ring a bell.. For an older bike, this steed looks gorgeous, collector shape. Adjustable geometry through the shock link position. Frame, bearings, shock n excellent condition, hasn't been ridden since 2003. Bike is also posted as a full built and has been professionally tuned up yesterday. Ready for action. His influence on the bike was so strong that it became known as the Palmer DH and it saw him through to the sudden end of his (mountain bike) career.
