2014 Trek Session 8, Size M, MUST GO!

So I'm realizing that I'm getting older, and my responsible side is taking over. Long story short- I no longer need my DH bike, so it needs a new home.

The spec's:
Trek Session 8, Size MD, 8" travel
Rockshox Boxxer Race, 8", extra-firm spring
Fox Van RC rear shock, 550lb spring
Sram X9 Derailleur, X7 shifter. 10 speed
Avid Code R brakes, new pads last season, 203/180mm rotors (rear is not stock)
stock bontrager cockpit, uncut bars
New Bontrager G5 front tire, older G4 rear (bike comes with unused G5)
Sun-Ringle ADD front Wheel
Sun-Ringle MTX-39 rear rim on formula hub
New chain last year

Largely a stock bike. The rear wheel did need replacing a few years back after a badly timed flat tire led to some dents. The rear rotor got replaced too due to a rock strike. Otherwise, I've only swapped to heavier springs in the suspension (going lighter is an easy affair). The bike is in really good shape, and never abused. It's got some scrapes and scuffs, but no dents, cracks, major cosmetic or structural flaws. Shifts well, brakes well, rear linkage cycles smoothly and suspension has always been well maintained. Never crashed hard, hucked in a pickup truck or put away without a clean and lube. Lots of tread on the tires, and the wheels run true.

Can include Bontrager King Earl pedals (older, but burly and grippy) for a small charge.

I really like this bike, and have looked after it well. I just don't ride big parks enough to justify it anymore. It's a solid DH/FR/Park bike, and rides really well. Pickup or delivery locally, out of town delivery for a charge (just ask, I travel lot's with work so we can work something out). I'd rather not ship, but if you're insistent, I'll get it packed at a shop and shipped collect.
