I am selling my 2004 Toyota Tacoma Adventure Mobile. Tired of getting stuck in the snow? Want to experience all of the amazing dispersed camping in Colorado? As my time as a student here draws to a close I am parting ways with my beloved truck. It is a 4x4, 5-speed manual, full 6 ft bed, V6 (great for tackling the steep climbs up to the mountains) with access cab (2 doors, 5 seats). The vehicle has gray interior and I am a non-smoker. It includes two molded WeatherTech liners for the driver and passenger. These are awesome for weekend camping and snowboarding excursions. I have also installed a Pioneer FHX-720BT Bluetooth receiver and microphone allowing for hands-free phone use, Bluetooth music streaming, AUX in, USB charging, and CD's (as well as customizable LED's on the face). The car includes a Thule bike rack and rail mount for one bike. The truck is equipped with a camper shell that has a custom bed platform accommodating a full thickness twin mattress (included) and provides under bed storage for snowboards, skis, tools, or climbing gear. The bed also has mounts for backpacks, skateboards, and fishing/fly rods. The truck currently has four studded snow tires that, for me at least eliminated the frustration of being stuck in snow drifts or the anxiety of climbing up towards the Eisenhower tunnel in bumper to bumper traffic. and I will include two additional summer tires.

The body is in a decent condition comparable to other 04' Tacomas. There is light cosmetic surface rust near the door frame. One small dent that has been repaired near the rear tail light. The car also has a few other scrapes expected from average mountain and off road use over the years. The shell can let some water through during heavy rain. But, you're not here to buy a Ferrari, you want something you can actually use out on the trail.

The truck has a slight whine when not in direct drive (4th gear). I regularly inspect the transmission fluid during oil changes and it is constant. There is a small engine oil leak at the rear main seal. Both of these issues seem typical to me for older gen 1 Tacoma's and have not manifested themselves as mechanical problems.

I will include a meticulously documented service log for the vehicle. There were no issues passing emissions this year as of April 2017.

If you're searching for the perfect vehicle to make the most of Colorado, this is it! If interested you can reach me by email or phone. I am looking for a negotiable $11,500.00
