2014 Santa Cruz Blur TRa XL

Unfortunately I am selling my XL Santa Cruz Blur TRa due to needing to upgrade to a larger bike (I'm 6'6).

I bought the frame second hand in near mint condition and have built it up myself. Since then I have come to the realisation that I just can't raise the seat as high as I need it to be.

There are a few small chips on the paintwork in the usual places (under the bb, chainstays etc) and one very small ding just up from the underside of the BB (see photo) It is around the size of a 5p and is barely noticeable without feeling it. Definitely cosmetic and has no effect on the structural integrity of the bike.

This bike is ready to go for hundreds of miles. The tyres have plenty of tread and the pads were installed in April. The cassette, chain and front disc are brand new minus about 10 miles cycling in the dry. Suspension works like a dream. Both rebounds, rear CTD and front lockout all work as they are supposed to. Front wheel and frame bearings have all been changed recently, and are smooth (rear wheel was bought brand new 6 months ago so bearings are still fine. New BB was installed in April. Headset has no play and the brakes have been bled with mineral oil 2 weeks ago and are working great.

I have always taken great pride in maintaining my bikes so I can assure you this is not a shed.

If I was buying this the only thing I would change on it would be the larger chaining as this is very worn but it still holds the chain well because of its size, so this is not urgent.

I am happy to answer any questions and will consider trades for other XL mountain bikes as long as the seat tube is 21" +

I think this bike would be good for anyone in the 5'10 to 6'4 range.
