This frame is in great condition shows it's cromo steel and almost no scratches. Never built up as intended but my best mate has the exact same frame on his dj bike and it runs an absolute treat.
Adjustable drop out length (not sure of frame size, M-L 26" dj frame), it's got derailleur drop outs on for quick release axle, but you can buy bolt on ones for single speed as well so these do come on and off.
Straight head tube (110mm long) not tapered 1 1/8 .
ISCG mounts and seat post size is 27.2mm
