GRAPHIC DESIGNER

SUMMARY
Are you the kind of person who spends your time off taking photos, creating, and
absorbing every available inspirational source? Do you enjoy the challenge of
transforming your vision into a tangible creation? Are you aware of what makes words
and images resonate with an audience? Do you get jazzed up about the idea of your
designs being seen across the country? If you were able to answer “yes” to these
questions, we want to talk to you!
HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
• Create and adapt designs and layouts to market needs, from concept to
execution
• Produce interactive and animated web assets
• Brainstorm, ideate, and contribute new ideas and creative solutions
• Maintain an understanding of popular culture and social relevance, to create
compelling design that conveys this message
WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN
• Ability to rapidly produce accurately beautiful, dynamic work
• Excellent organization and time management skills; able to balance and prioritize
multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment – meticulous is your
middle name!
• Self-starter with a track record of meeting deadlines and following-through
• Understanding of the distinction between good design and great design
Preferred Qualifications:
• BFA in a design-related field
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Web design, Sketchup and photography experience is a plus
• Retail or customer service experience
• Bilingual; English and French
• 2 years or more of experience in the field
