Top-tube adapter for hanging-style racks

These adapters are useful if you have a "hanging"-style rack (typically two parallel rods that slip into your front triangle and strap onto your top-tube), such as a Thule Raceway or Apex. Some bike frames don't fit on these racks because there isn't enough room for the "rods" to enter the frame (eg: step-through bikes, cruisers, full-suspension MTBs, kids bikes, etc).

These adapters work by attaching beneath your handlebars and saddle to create an artificial top-tube that can be strapped onto the rack.

Only one unit is left (the other has sold) - price is $20 each. Condition is excellent - used perhaps 3 times.
